PRE-QUALIFY FOR A HOME LOAN WITH MELISSA
I have been originating home loans for almost 8 years now and love every minute of it...well, maybe not every minute. I don't like the part about losing loans to my competitors. So I make sure that never happens!
I am an artist, writer and a bit of a computer geek....all of which seem to be useful in my chosen field. We are more limited in loan options than we have been in a very long time. The good news is that the time tested loan programs such as VA/FHA, State Housing and conforming conventional products are still available and interest rates are at historic lows. To All Looking to Refinance!
Today I completed my townhome refinance with RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE of SC…a process that started last Friday, January 9th!!
